Ganz unkompliziert kurzfristig ein Mietwagen erhalten. Tommy antwortet sehr schnell. Er ist ein richtig netter und hilfsbereiter Mann. Er tut alles, um seine Kunden glücklich zu machen. I recently took the Tommy half day excursion to Mount Teide. It was well worth the money as it lasted most of the day. On the way there we had 2 hour long comfort/snack breaks on the twisting road from the south & on the way back headed west to Los Gigantes then south again so we certainly saw a lot of the countryside. The guide on the bus was most informative & fluent in English, French & German. When Tommy in Puerto Colon heard my reason for taking the Teleférico this time, he was most empathetic & very kind, giving me coffee & sweets on my return. From the caldera my husband & I had climbed to the summit of El Teide on Noche Viejo 1999 & brought in el Año Nuevo at midnight 2000 🍇 🍷. I would certainly recommend this trip & this company. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 ~ Alison A

Consideramos que basta con que el cliente no esté conforme o a gusto con la excursión realizada y nos hacemos responsables. Las única excepción sería el no comunicar su desacuerdo a tiempo, o bien, si el cliente decide cancelar la excursión sin dar noticias y sin alguna causa mayor antes de las 24 horas antes de su actividad.
